Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to collect and document comprehensive customer requirements and expectations. Convert these requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team.

• Data Analysis: Examine customer data from essential systems such as policy administration, compensation, and agent management systems. Assist the delivery team in integrating these core systems with Sureify’s platform.

• Solution Delivery Support: Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that solutions are executed in alignment with customer requirements and within agreed-upon timelines. Track progress and address any issues or deviations swiftly.

• Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for resolving any challenges that emerge during the delivery process. Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions promptly.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the delivery process. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned regarding project status, changes, and updates.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to design and execute test plans, ensuring that delivered solutions meet customer requirements and quality standards.

• Customer Training & Support: Help in creating and delivering training materials and documentation for customers. Provide support to clients during the implementation phase and address any questions or concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on customer delivery or client-facing roles.

• Experience in the life & annuity industry is essential.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: SQL and Excel are required.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
