This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer specialized knowledge in continuous process enhancement strategies, organizational restructuring, change management initiatives, and performance indicators.
• Establish and refine business processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Execute current-state assessments, gap analyses, benchmarking, identification of best practices, and organizational evaluations.
• Strategize and implement future-state designs, change management, and transition planning.
• Collaborate with customers, IT services, and client services.
• Supervise the development and upkeep of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Utilize Agile and SAFe methodologies to align strategy, manage portfolios, enhance collaboration, and expedite value delivery.
• Interpret policies, regulatory frameworks, and agency guidelines to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Partner with operational entities to oversee ongoing process evaluations and enforce compliance requirements.
• Work alongside business and technology teams to determine system requirements.
• Conduct interviews with clients.
• Present and facilitate training sessions focused on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
• Execute cost-benefit analyses.
• Provide technical resolutions to complex issues and represent the organization to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to specific programs and projects while independently operating under general supervision.
• A Master’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience are mandatory.
• A degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical field is essential.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering intricate projects.
• Experience in business requirements, processes, and workflows is required.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN methodologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management applications.
• Understanding of database fundamentals and basic querying skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to translate technical details into business terminology.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Capability to lead and mentor junior analysts and team members.
• Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
• US Citizenship with the capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
