Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to identify business objectives, processes, challenges, and limitations.

• Gather, document, and validate epics, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria utilizing Jira or Azure Boards and Confluence.

• Develop process maps and data-flow diagrams employing BPMN, swimlanes, and flowcharts using Visio or Lucidchart.

• Execute gap and impact analysis.

• Collaborate with product owners and engineering to enhance the backlog.

• Analyze data using Excel and SQL to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.

• Organize user acceptance testing and carry out focused manual testing as required.

• Ensure that delivered solutions align with approved requirements.

• Work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Technology, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to define solutions and measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a comparable role supporting enterprise applications.

• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and requirements traceability.

• Practical experience with Jira or Azure Boards, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).

• Proficient working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Capability to translate vague business needs into precise requirements and establish alignment among business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management competencies, coupled with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

• Availability to work from 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to align with US hours.

• Must confirm if based in Poland.
