Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to assist our growth team in identifying issues and making product metrics highly accessible.

• Convert intricate product and business inquiries into straightforward, actionable insights.

• Develop, uphold, and expand self-service dashboards and custom visualization tools.

• Manage the complete analytics process for our growth products—from gathering data requirements and assessing opportunity sizes to designing experiments and executing post-launch impact evaluations.

• Foster trusted relationships across teams, serving as a cooperative link between technology, business, and product.

• Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques (including A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning) to address real-world business challenges that yield significant results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience (excluding academic projects and internships) in a quantitative analysis position within high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with substantial programming requirements.

• Strong SQL expertise (which we will evaluate during our interview process).

• Practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments on digital products (such as A/B tests and multivariate tests).

• Hands-on experience with popular visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.

• Experience in applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide actionable, product-influencing insights.

• Proficient in statistical programming (Python) and familiar with tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
