Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, development teams, and data engineering teams to assist the sales, marketing, and growth teams in identifying problems, tracking product metrics, and monitoring KPIs.

• Convert product and business inquiries into analysis and actionable insights.

• Create and sustain scalable, self-service visualization tools and dashboards.

• Oversee all analytics related to Marketing and Growth Products, managing the entire product development cycle from data requirement gathering and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact analysis.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a strategic and supportive link among technology, business, and product domains.

• Utilize various advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses (such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning) to address product and business challenges that yield the greatest impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience outside of academic and internship settings, specifically in a quantitative analysis role within top-tier companies or industries (such as tier 1 consulting firms, investment banking, or tech companies with extensive programming requirements).

• Strong SQL skills - assessed during the hiring process.

• Proven experience in designing and analyzing experiments for digital products (including A/B testing and multivariate testing).

• Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and others.

• Experience applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver insights that shape products.

• Skilled in statistical programming (Python) and familiar with popular tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter/iPython notebooks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
