This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather, evaluate, and document comprehensive requirements for ServiceNow initiatives;
• Analyze existing business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and automation through ServiceNow;
• Work alongside technical teams to create ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and adhere to industry best practices;
• Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to fulfill business requirements;
• Develop testing plans, conduct tests, and verify ServiceNow functionality to ensure alignment with business and technical goals;
• Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring proficient utilization of ServiceNow applications and features;
• Maintain thorough documentation, including requirements, process flows, configuration updates, and user manuals;
• Coordinate with project teams to guarantee the timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions;
• Identify and suggest enhancements to ServiceNow capabilities and process efficiencies;
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban;
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes and frameworks;
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
• Preferred: Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization will be viewed as an advantage;
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions;
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage project timelines;
• Certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are advantageous;
