Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in every stage of software development projects: from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to defining the project scope;

• Track and report on project advancements, validate proposed solutions, train users, and offer support for inquiries regarding the developed product;

• Maintain ongoing communication with client areas to thoroughly understand their methods and processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement related to IT products to foster continuous enhancement;

• Ability to question and engage constructively with client teams (Analysts, Coordinators, and Managers) to aid in project scope definition, critically assessing incoming requests to ensure sustainability of previously implemented processes;

• Convert business requirements into technological/system development solutions;

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the developed systems and solutions to address technical and usage-related inquiries, ensuring all solutions are documented and that necessary training is provided for proper use by the involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;

• Capability to create executive presentations with clear and concise storytelling, contributing progress and results reports in multidisciplinary forums;

• Excellent communication and argumentation abilities;

• A critical, system-oriented perspective on processes;

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);

• Preferred: Basic understanding of programming languages, data structures, and SQL;

• Preferred: English - Native/Fluent level;

• Preferred: Spanish - Advanced level.
