Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the advancement and modernization of LGI’s human resources (HR) and payroll management systems.

• Convert business requirements into digital solutions that provide value to clients and users.

• Engage in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, from needs assessment to feature delivery.

• Design cohesive, high-performance, and user-centric functional solutions.

• Serve as a strategic partner to Product teams.

• Conduct discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance the efficiency of analysis, prototyping, and documentation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least eight (8) years of pertinent experience in business analysis or functional analysis within a software development environment.

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering web solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in an Agile delivery setting.

• Proficient in user needs discovery, crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams.

• IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
