Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Standards partners to gather and evaluate business requirements for designated projects.

• Assess the business implications of requirements and outline current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.

• Recognize project advantages and align them with overarching strategic objectives.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and escalate issues for resolution.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with essential business stakeholders.

• Deliver agreed-upon project outputs and key accomplishments.

• Contribute to enhancements in project execution within the team.

• Effectively engage with teams across LGC IT and the Standards business unit.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant time in a Senior or Lead capacity.

• Formal qualification at the practitioner level in business analysis and requirements definition.

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Proficient in Jira and MS Visio for detailing business requirements.

• Capability to analyze and clearly convey the business impacts of requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior business stakeholders.

• Highly organized, skilled at defining projects and driving them to successful completion as per plan.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to positively adapt to shifting priorities and project challenges.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently without supervision.
