Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in ensuring that Gainwell achieves our clients’ objectives in key areas.

• Assist in coordinating the responsibilities and activities of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members by offering guidance and support.

• Serve as an informed intermediary among clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and communicate business requirements and their anticipated impact.

• Collaborate with clients to create business specifications at the outset of a technical project.

• Evaluate, plan, design, document, or propose enhancements to business processes in alignment with the client's technology goals.

• Ensure all requirements are fulfilled by approving and validating test outcomes.

• Utilize your proficiency in basic analytical or relational database software—such as Excel or SQL—to quantify the expected impact of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role, with at least 3 years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred.

• Familiarity with computer programming concepts including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL, as well as other requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

• Excellent client communication skills to translate client needs into actionable objectives.

• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• A strong executive presence and communication skills to effectively convey messages to business leaders, clients, and technical teams.
