Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform elicitation and comprehensive functional specification for essential modules

• Organize business rules pertaining to tax, accounting, and billing procedures

• Lead workshops with primary users and business stakeholders

• Model processes and workflows utilizing BPMN

• Define rules, exceptions, states, and functional behaviors

• Establish and refine the program's standards for functional specifications

• Create objective, testable acceptance criteria

• Identify ambiguities, gaps, and unformalized decisions

• Review specifications generated with assistance from AI agents

• Provide support and mentorship to junior analysts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in business analysis

• Demonstrated experience with ERP and business management systems

• Structured approach to requirements elicitation and gathering

• Experience facilitating workshops with users and stakeholders

• Capability in functional specification of intricate processes

• Proficiency in BPMN

• Skilled in process modeling

• Experience in business rules modeling

• Knowledge of state machine specifications

• Ability to define exceptions and functional behaviors

• Expertise in writing detailed, structured specifications

• Competence in defining rules, exceptions, and acceptance criteria

• Thorough documentation of questions and unresolved issues

• Skill in translating business rules into testable requirements

• Critical evaluation of extensive functional documentation

• Bachelor's degree

• Technologist degree (Tecnólogo)
