Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Generate insights to inform operational strategy and execution.

• Collect customer insights, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

• Collaborate with the operations team to structure the business and offer support.

• Create metrics, reports, and dashboards to influence business decisions.

• Evaluate business processes and suggest new methods and procedures.

• Assist in business reviews by developing and presenting performance materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations is preferred, focusing on Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing.

• Proficient in computer skills, including the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel pivot tables and formulas), Windows, or Visio.

• Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, and Verbal).

• Capability to use basic statistical control methods.
