This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders from various departments to gather, comprehend, and document their requirements.
• Identify and outline the current state versus future state processes as part of a significant modernization initiative.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, including on-site engagements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that requested changes are feasible, within capabilities, and minimize backend alterations.
• Evaluate whether a requested change represents a significant or minor technical effort, and communicate this to technical teams for further discussion.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products or software delivery teams, with a focus on client-facing roles - comfortable acting as an embedded resource on the client side.
• Familiarity with formal, structured corporate environments - ideally within a banking or financial institution - and adept at integrating into such settings.
• Direct involvement in modernization or business transformation projects that include complex enterprise software - covering current-state/future-state definitions and engaging with multiple stakeholders and user archetypes.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to determine if a change is a significant or minor lift and to effectively engage in discussions with engineering teams.
• Consistently deliver requirements that minimize ambiguity and rework - producing clear user stories, robust acceptance criteria, and well-documented rules and workflows.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experienced in supporting refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and iterative releases.
• Strong skills in problem decomposition, structured thinking, and the ability to utilize data/metrics to clarify decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills - comfortable leading workshops, documenting decisions and requirements, and communicating delivery trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, AI and collaboration tools, and comfortable working alongside UX systems (e.g., Figma prototypes).
• Willingness to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia up to four times a year (approximately quarterly) for on-site workshops and sessions.
