Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders from operations, compliance, technology, and various product teams to gather and validate business requirements.

• Convert business needs into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflow diagrams.

• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.

• Identify operational challenges and recommend product and process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Utilize Claude to expedite analysis, documentation, and discovery while rigorously validating its outputs.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives, including digital transformation and automation efforts.

• Lead discovery sessions, conduct user interviews, and facilitate workshops across departments.

• Document product updates and release notes effectively.

• Develop training materials for end-users.

• Maintain open communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or roles related to product and technology.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable working with large datasets.

• Experience in functional testing, defect tracking, and cross-team validation processes.

• Practical experience using Claude or similar AI assistants in daily tasks.

• Sound judgment in the application of AI assistants.

• Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with mortgage regulations and investor guidelines, including those from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA, along with associated compliance requirements is a bonus.

• Hands-on experience with essential mortgage platforms and enterprise systems is preferred.
