Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Work closely with various business units to recognize, prioritize, and articulate high-impact AI use cases.

• Convert intricate business challenges into comprehensive functional requirements and user stories.

• Examine end-to-end business processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest opportunities for automation and enhancement.

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative design initiatives that involve both business and technical stakeholders.

• Establish objective user acceptance criteria and verify that the implemented AI solutions meet the agreed performance benchmarks.

• Perform gap analyses to ensure that new AI functionalities are in alignment with existing customer-facing channels and business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex digital products and solutions.

• Strong familiarity with BPMN, UML, or other similar business process modeling methodologies.

• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to uncover automation possibilities.

• Proficient in creating use cases and user stories, along with conducting gap analysis.

• Experience in defining requirements for AI solutions that align with existing business processes and user journeys.

• Capability to establish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and engage in the validation of AI solutions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

• English proficiency: upper-intermediate.

• Experience in a regulated industry (optional).
