Senior BTP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implementation of integration architectures using SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.

• Lead the transformation from legacy middleware to a modern, SAP-based integration platform.

• Develop and implement practical solutions utilizing CAP (Node.js), RAP, and SAP HANA database.

• Create reusable integration artifacts, templates, and accelerators for use by multiple clients.

• Define and implement integration patterns (API-based, event-driven, asynchronous).

• Design persistence, error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.

• Provide consulting on SAP BTP setup, including necessary services, security, governance, and scalability.

• Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.

• Actively advise and drive the team forward.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to align integration capabilities with product strategy.

• Be a team player within consulting and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.

• Proven expertise in integration architecture within the SAP technology stack.

• Significant development experience with: • CAP (Node.js) • RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model) • SAP HANA database.

• Strong understanding of Clean Core principles.

• Experience in designing scalable, cloud-native architectures.

• Solid understanding of operational aspects such as monitoring, support, and troubleshooting.
