This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Aids in the execution and coordination of daily brokerage operations.
• Assists with the implementation and enhancement of operational procedures.
• Works with the broker to prepare documents, cover letters, and other materials to promote renewal business.
• Provides essential administrative support for filing, printing, and archiving documents.
• Manages and updates both new and existing client information in all necessary systems with precision.
• Keeps accurate and well-organized records of client accounts, transactions, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensures adherence to record-keeping regulations.
• Engages in customer service by addressing broker inquiries and requests via telephone, email, chat, or in person.
• Aids in the compilation of compliance reports concerning brokerage operations.
• Collaborates with broker and finance teams on business requirements.
• Follows regulatory requirements and internal policies diligently.
• Assists in the preparation of compliance reports.
• Helps identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Works with risk management teams to implement necessary controls.
• Supports the Brokerage team with various ad hoc tasks and requests.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
