This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Develop and oversee strategies that enhance broker relationships, broaden market presence, and promote sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, sales teams, product partners, and broker stakeholders to establish clear priorities, enhance broker engagement, and achieve measurable commercial results.
• Direct the broker growth strategy and annual operating plan, ensuring alignment of priorities, investments, and timelines with enterprise, regional, and segment objectives.
• Establish broker segmentation, targeting, tiering, and engagement frameworks based on market potential, performance, strategic importance, and growth opportunities.
• Foster and sustain strategic partnerships with brokers, consultants, and intermediary partners to boost satisfaction, advocacy, retention, and revenue.
• Act as a senior contact for complex broker issues, encompassing growth opportunities, service challenges, renewal risks, and market-related concerns.
• Oversee the execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams to implement broker strategy priorities.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in broker relations, sales strategy, business development, client management, or similar healthcare/insurance roles.
• Proven experience in formulating commercial strategies, operating plans, or go-to-market initiatives that result in measurable business growth.
• Strong skills in relationship management with the capacity to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging market insights, performance metrics, and feedback to inform strategy, decision-making, and execution plans.
• Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for creating executive-level materials, recommendations, and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with global health benefits, multinational brokers, consultants, or intermediary channels (preferred).
