This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Assist in conducting research and analysis to guide the development of new approaches, concepts, and services.

• Provide support to senior team members in creating presentations and formulating strategic perspectives on client challenges and market dynamics.

• Help uphold brand and communication strategies for designated accounts under the direction of the Vice President of Brand Strategy.

• Contribute to the development of brand strategies and briefs across various campaigns and initiatives.

• Investigate business challenges and analyze the impact of brand, communication, and channels to inform strategic decision-making.

• Support and advocate for key brand "reasons-to-believe" within communications.

• Identify potential growth opportunities for accounts and share insights with senior team members.

• Foster relationships with internal team members across Creative, Account, and Omnichannel departments.

• Propose and monitor success metrics for campaign initiatives.

• Engage in skill development opportunities and seek mentorship from senior team members.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications.

• A keen interest in pharmaceutical marketing and communications.

• A solid understanding of marketing strategies and multi-platform ecosystems.
