This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee communications and marketing operations, including team management, workload distribution, and departmental priorities.
• Create and implement communications and marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Lead the creation and dissemination of communication materials, such as publications, presentations, and media content.
• Establish and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Manage website strategy, content, and performance to guarantee accurate and consistent information delivery.
• Supervise staff and coordinate collaborative efforts across various functions.
• Ensure the effective, compliant, and consistent delivery of both internal and external communications.
• Spearhead stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in leading communications, public relations, or social marketing programs.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Candidate must reside in North Carolina.
• Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.
• Must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
