• Approach design with a systems-first perspective, creating scalable components that ensure uniformity across the Beatport platform.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Social Media, and Media to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
• Over 7 years of proven experience in a digital design position with a robust portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Proficient in Figma, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma Buzz is a plus.
• Outstanding visual aesthetic, coupled with exceptional layout and typography skills.
• Strong comprehension of social media design trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Awareness of the types of content that perform well and gain traction on social media.
• Capability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch and advocate for design ideas to internal teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to exploring new design techniques and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of campaign development and execution.
