📋 Description

• Develop and execute sophisticated talent branding, attraction, and engagement strategies

• Deliver projects consistently within a budget range of $25K-$100K

• Compose strategic creative briefs with minimal supervision

• Collect market and talent insights to inform targeted marketing approaches

• Assess and optimize ROI across all initiatives

• Proficiency in the German language is required

• Experience in copywriting is essential

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred

• Significant experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is necessary

• A strong grasp of talent marketing in at least one primary area is required
