This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Specialized Legal Management and Case Administration: Prepare, review, and submit legal forms, packages, and documentation to relevant authorities in the United States, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Team Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the work of legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

• Professional Coordination and Communication: Maintain direct and professional communication with clients, attorneys, government agencies, and third parties involved in legal processes.

• Compliance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines in all processes.

• Strategic Support and Knowledge Management: Conduct basic research on applicable legal regulations and procedures, assisting in the proper structuring of cases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administrative fields or related areas. Additional training in legal assistance, paralegal studies, or legal process management is valued.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the legal field in the United States, including court, family, business, and immigration processes.

• 100% bilingual English proficiency (oral and written), with the ability to draft legal documentation and maintain professional communications in legal contexts.

• At least five (5) years of experience in team supervision and leadership.

• Experience using case management systems and proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Knowledge of specialized software such as Docketwise is desirable.

• Availability to work remotely from Colombia or in-person in Hollywood, Florida (USA).
