Senior Benefits Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Retaining clients and managing their current book of business

• Overseeing strategy development, financial analysis, benefit design, plan renewals, benchmarking, and overall service delivery

• Articulating OneDigital’s value proposition and the latest industry trends to active clients

• Crafting advanced benefit design and renewal strategies

• Implementing solutions to tackle complex client challenges

• Collaborating with account management and/or client service teams

• Ensuring the client service team(s) exceed client expectations

• Maintaining accountability for revenue and profitability related to client accounts and projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of benefits consulting experience, required

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

• Must be knowledgeable and current on Health Care Reform and health and ancillary insurance products

• Practical knowledge of the quoting process and associated tools is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications are essential

• Valid life and health insurance license, required
