• Oversee health & welfare, retirement, time-off, insured, and voluntary benefits in the U.S. and international markets (EMEA, APAC, LatAm)
• Manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, terminations, and data corrections with precision and promptness
• Ensure data integrity and resolve issues related to eligibility rules, life-event logic, and HRIS/payroll interfaces
• Collaborate with Payroll on deductions, arrears, refunds, taxable benefits, retroactivity, and reconciliations
• Assist with global benefits renewals, implementations, plan updates, and data feed testing
• Oversee daily interactions with carriers, benefits administration platforms, and brokers
• Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and data feed accuracy; conduct regular vendor reviews and implement corrective actions
• Aid in market reviews, benchmarking, renewals, and requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Ensure compliance with global administration requirements (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, local statutory rules, Works Council requirements)
• Assist with audits, nondiscrimination testing, and SOC/ISAE controls
• Maintain plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), notices, and country-specific evidence of coverage
• Keep processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation ready for SOX compliance
• Administer U.S. leave of absence and workers' compensation programs; manage cases and collaborate with Prudential and Health & Safety
• Ensure precise payroll processing for all leaves
• Oversee 401(k) funding and reporting; guarantee accuracy of contributions and prompt funding
• Manage benefits invoicing and ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Act as a primary escalation point for benefits and leave inquiries, upholding SLAs and quality standards
• Provide clear, empathetic communications including guides, FAQs, orientation materials, and open enrollment content
• Facilitate benefit webinars and country-specific educational sessions
• Serve as the primary Wellness program manager, focusing on enhancing engagement and provider-supported programming
• Lead the annual open enrollment process from start to finish
• Support M&A diligence and integration, including benefits mapping, transition planning, and communications
• Analyze program utilization and cost trends to discover opportunities for improvement
• Experience in global benefits, including renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, or M&A integration
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems; strong technical skills
• Experience within complex, matrixed global organizations
• Professional certifications are preferred (CEBS, GBA, CBP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Knowledgeable in global benefits and rewards practices
