• Oversee and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and others, ensuring peak performance, security, and user accessibility.
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, addressing incident tickets and service requests from internal users.
• Act as subject matter experts for managed platforms within integration workflows, collaborating with integration teams to identify, escalate, and resolve data flow issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides for applications, ensuring clear and accurate information is accessible to end users and stakeholders.
• Conduct data imports, exports, and maintenance tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control within all systems.
• Support testing, upgrades, and deployments of application enhancements, collaborating closely with other administrators, developers, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Developers, and other teams to understand business needs, propose solutions, and implement application improvements that align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system errors, providing timely updates, and following up with relevant parties to effectively address incidents.
• Approach problem-solving with an architectural perspective, considering upstream/downstream impacts, integration dependencies, and long-term scalability rather than merely addressing issues in isolation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Experience with integration tools such as Azure Functions or Data Factory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
