Assistant Manager, Fund Administration – Core IS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of investor service generalists across a comprehensive range of Treasury and Services functions, including distribution/redemption payments, contribution reconciliation, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery, and more.

• Address escalations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assess the team's staffing and project board(s) to guarantee that requests are addressed efficiently and correctly.

• Evaluate team deliverables for precision.

• Recognize and highlight areas for improvement in our processes and procedures.

• Develop systems and processes to ensure that we are monitoring vital team and customer data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in investor services.

• At least 1 year of experience in people management.

• Familiarity with standard service activities such as treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery, and other related tasks.

• Detail-oriented with robust project management capabilities.

• Proficient in English with outstanding communication skills.

• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

• Highly adaptable and flexible; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying attentive to details.

• Self-motivated: you can identify issues and take initiative to find and implement solutions.
