📋 Description

• Oversee network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and execute policy-based routing along with load balancing.

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud support.

• Serve as an escalation point for technicians, effectively troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.

• Create, maintain, and provide training on documentation for standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer-specific runbooks, including automation processes.

• Deliver outstanding client service throughout the service lifecycle.

• Set up monitoring and alerting systems on both physical and virtual infrastructure. Manage and maintain physical and virtual components (including Atmosera’s management stack). Conduct quality assurance checks on migrated and greenfield environments.

• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as FedRAMP, IRS 1075, NIST-800, CSI Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2, and adhere to internal security best practices.

• Administer and manage Windows & Linux Servers. Configure and manage hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware).

• Take part in an on-call rotation for escalated support to fulfill SLAs.

• Implement automation through scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD methodologies for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in support administration, particularly with Azure Cloud.

• Proficient in automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.

• Knowledgeable in network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing, policy-based routing).

• Backup & Recovery: Proven ability to enhance Commvault performance and resolve complex issues.

• Familiarity with hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware).

• Understanding of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to relay technical information to clients.

• Strong analytical skills focused on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ 104) certification is required within 90 days of employment or may result in termination.

• Must successfully pass a US Public Trust background check.
