Senior Behavioural Science Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Behavioural Science Consultant to join our DACH team and assist in translating innovative science into significant, enduring change for our enterprise clients.

• Your main objective will be to empower CoachHub's premier customers to facilitate impactful change through digital coaching.

• You will function at the crossroads of strategy, consulting, and commercial impact, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Lead strategic account consultations in both pre- and post-sales scenarios, working alongside the VP DACH Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.

• Provide guidance on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approaches, multi-stakeholder contracting, change management, and communication strategies for complex, globally scaled initiatives.

• Design and implement science-driven evaluations before, during, and after programs at both quantitative and qualitative levels to measure behavioral change and program effectiveness – a key deliverable of this position.

• Create customized business cases and ROI narratives that highlight the value of behavioral change interventions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Transformation, or a related area.

• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Strong capability to establish trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level.

• Proven experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or evaluation methodologies – including ROI studies, impact assessments, or people analytics in an organizational setting.

• Business fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
