This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Developing and managing an outbound strategy for a designated list of enterprise accounts, targeting Benefits, Reward, HR, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with your Strategic Account Executive on account strategies, stakeholder mapping, and identifying opportunities for advancement.
• Conducting structured qualification calls independently and transferring leads to AEs with comprehensive context.
• Partnering with the Marketing team on focused Account-Based Marketing campaigns for priority accounts.
• Creating and testing your own outreach sequences, adjusting tone and approach according to persona and account.
• Consistently utilizing AI tools for research, messaging, and call preparation, while sharing insights with the team.
• Ensuring excellent CRM practices and leveraging data to manage your own performance effectively.
• Integrating AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your workflow across account research, message creation, call preparation, and self-coaching, while actively contributing your findings to the broader team’s methodologies.
• Proven experience in executing enterprise outbound strategies within a B2B SaaS context, particularly targeting HR, Reward, or Benefits buyers.
• A history of meeting or surpassing pipeline goals, rather than merely focusing on activity metrics.
• The capability to deeply understand a prospect's business and uncover genuine pain points beyond superficial triggers.
• Confidence in prospecting to VP and C-suite stakeholders within multi-threaded accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft sequences that invite responses rather than just sending messages.
• Complete autonomy in prioritizing tasks and shaping outbound strategies; no need for micromanagement.
• A sincere interest in AI and its potential to enhance your professional capabilities. You not only use these tools but also critically evaluate their outputs, explore their limits, and assist others in maximizing their use.
• Experience in developing your own AI-assisted prospecting workflow and the ability to demonstrate its functionality (nice to have).
• A strong desire for constructive feedback, self-assessment, and ongoing improvement.
