• Become a specialist in scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large-scale implementations.

• Design, develop, and deliver exceptional, high-quality products.

• Write the majority of the code in Go.

• Collaborate closely with other teams at Teleport on scalability and performance-related matters.

• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve performance issues.

• Extensive experience with Go programming.

• Significant experience in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems and platforms.

• Proficiency in Linux systems engineering.

• Understanding of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.

• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to master new technologies.

• Commitment to transparency, honesty, and a no-ego approach.

• Notable contributions to Open Source projects are a considerable advantage.
