Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend systems throughout our product range and internal tools.

• Direct AI coding assistants to implement significant modifications and introduce new features.

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and enhance AI-generated code to meet production standards.

• Utilize AI to automate internal business processes.

• Deliver full-stack features from start to finish.

• Quick at reading code, whether created by humans or AI.

• Excellent debugging abilities and a keen eye for identifying issues.

• Capability to envision substantial architectural transformations and decompose them into actionable steps for AI execution.

• Proficient in switching contexts and managing multiple ongoing tasks.

• Experience with Node.js and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, containers, and managed databases.

• Comfortable working across various codebases and problem areas.

• Frontend experience with React, as you will need to review it.

• Background in startup environments.
