Senior Backend Developer – Platform

📋 Description

• Design and sustain framework components and features for our 3-tier application platform.

• Ensure and consistently enhance the installability, portability, scalability, and serviceability of our products.

• Deliver reusable application components that enable the organization to monitor and manage our backend services.

• Maintain uniformity in the usage of our framework.

• Continue to develop and maintain framework components, including the Application Server Framework and Kubernetes Framework, among others.

• Conduct software design and architecture reviews to assess and refine the designs.

• Collaborate with both local and international product teams for 3rd Level support on complex customer issues.

• Provide regular updates regarding status and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.

• Several years of experience as a software developer.

• Extensive knowledge in at least three of the following technologies: Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Prometheus, JMeter, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

• Passion for modern technologies.

• Experience in software design, planning, and concept development.

• Proficient in German (mandatory) and possess very good English skills.
