Senior Backend Developer – Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and HTTP/REST APIs using Go.

• Implement integrations with internal and external systems, as well as SOAP services through WSDL contracts.

• Create solutions following hexagonal architecture principles and microservices-based architectures.

• Manage data persistence and access using SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Containerize and deploy services using Docker, collaborating on their operation in Kubernetes environments.

• Ensure the quality of integrations through unit, integration, and contract testing.

• Proficiency in Go for developing services and APIs.

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of HTTP/REST APIs.

• Integration with SOAP services using WSDL contracts.

• Application of hexagonal architecture.

• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Use of Docker for service containerization.

• Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices (desirable).

• API design using contract-first approaches (desirable).

• Experience with Apache Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms (desirable).

• Deployment and operation of services in Kubernetes (desirable).

• Understanding of Kong or other API gateways (desirable).

• Knowledge of ESB platforms (desirable).
