Senior Backend Developer, C# / SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain applications utilizing C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+

• Design and create scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs

• Engage in defining and enhancing architectures in line with industry best practices

• Implement Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles in solution development

• Build integrations between corporate systems and essential applications

• Model and manage SQL Server and Oracle databases

• Utilize ORMs such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper

• Take part in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and standardization of deliverables

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and embrace DevOps best practices

• Operate in Azure Cloud environments, leveraging services like App Services, Functions, and Service Bus

• Offer technical support to the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing

• Engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate on continuous process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+, with at least 5 years of .NET development experience

• Strong database expertise, particularly with SQL Server

• Experience in medium- to high-complexity projects

• Proficiency in developing REST APIs, integrations, and high-availability critical systems

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)

• Background in technical leadership and/or team mentoring

• Comprehensive understanding of Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles

• Experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper

• Knowledge of Git, Pull Requests, Code Review, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience in utilizing AI and crafting prompts to facilitate software development

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Practical experience in DevOps automation, including CI, CD, and pipelines is preferred

• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently

• Experience in complex environments with large data volumes
