Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement integrations between various systems, ensuring effective and dependable communication among platforms.

• Engage in the advancement of the Compounded Products journey, playing a direct role in the development and upkeep of solutions within the area.

• Construct backend solutions utilizing .NET, adhering to best development practices, software architecture principles, and standards for code quality.

• Work with messaging systems and asynchronous processing, employing technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Actively participate with the development team in strategic discussions, contributing to technical decisions and determining optimal solutions for project challenges.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of around six developers, partaking in technical discussions and the ongoing evolution of the solution.

• Facilitate the project's progression toward new challenges and integrations, overseeing the growth of the journey and addressing the business's evolving needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Backend development using .NET.

• Experience in developing and maintaining APIs and backend services.

• Proficient in system integration.

• Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous processing.

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is essential.

• Strong adherence to good development practices, software architecture, and code quality standards.

• Background in medium- or large-scale projects within collaborative environments.

• Nice-to-have: experience with system integration projects.

• Nice-to-have: understanding of event-driven architectures (Event-Driven Architecture).

• Nice-to-have: experience in high-volume environments and asynchronous processing.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with projects in the retail, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of order journeys, compounding/handling, or retail/pharmaceutical operations.

• Nice-to-have: a strategic mindset, capable of proposing technical solutions and aiding in architectural decisions.
