Senior Back-End Developer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and design robust and efficient back-end solutions utilizing microservices, with a focus on scalability and high performance.

• Enhance code quality through reviews, suggesting standards, proposing improvements, and conducting unit tests.

• Actively participate in all phases of the development process within the team's agile culture.

• Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues, contributing to both individual and team growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in software development with an emphasis on back-end.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of containers, especially Docker.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, GCP or AWS.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

• Ability to design efficient and user-friendly REST APIs.

• Understanding of SOLID principles, TDD, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.

• Experience with DevOps culture.

• Experience in cloud architectures, including messaging, asynchronous processing, logging, load distribution, storage, and transactions.
