Senior Azure Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales interactions, transforming customer business requirements into solution architectures, scope definitions, and compelling value propositions in collaboration with the sales team.

• Design, configure, and implement cloud and technology solutions while providing documentation and knowledge transfer to customer stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating successful deployments, addressing complex technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption objectives are achieved.

• Guide customers on best practices, including industry standards and personal recommendations, regarding Microsoft Azure, encompassing security, networking, application services, Artificial Intelligence, and data management.

• Play a role in enhancing our Microsoft partnership and Azure practice by driving growth in CSP and Professional Services revenue, developing new technical skills and focus areas, and establishing relationships with key Microsoft resources.

• Engage in knowledge exchanges with colleagues, consistently sharing and receiving insights to improve our Microsoft Azure services, covering best practices, implementation strategies, and complex architectures.

• Collaborate with team members to establish and document standards and methodologies for Professional Services engagements.

• Acquire knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including but not limited to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 for Defense Industrial Base customers utilizing Microsoft Azure Government and Microsoft 365 GCC High.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading customer-facing Azure consulting engagements.

• Strong background in technical pre-sales, solution design, and project scoping.

• Current hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft Azure solutions.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Partners, consulting firms, systems integrators, or Professional Services teams is highly desirable.

• Important: U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access requirements for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments.
