This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to successfully implement contact center solutions.
• Offer technical advisory support during business process evaluations, assisting in identifying customer needs and procedures.
• Supply technical specifications and solutions for functional User Stories.
• Set up Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Engage in hands-on development of a Solution Design, utilizing best practices and programming principles.
• Lead a development team by distributing tasks and conducting code reviews.
• Provide technical training and documentation for end users.
• Utilize independent judgment and take on the lead technical role in enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience in building integrations across various systems, including REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON format and associated services.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.
• Knowledge of implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
