Senior AWS Data Engineer – Lead AWS Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement enterprise data pipelines and data products utilizing AWS, Databricks, and Medallion Architecture.

• Engage hands-on throughout the entire data engineering lifecycle.

• Write code and construct data pipelines.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues.

• Enforce CI/CD practices.

• Collaborate directly in Databricks and AWS on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Data Engineering.

• Proficient-level expertise with Databricks.

• Significant hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog.

• Strong background in designing Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data pipelines.

• Advanced skills in Python/PySpark and SQL.

• Solid experience with AWS, especially S3 and AWS Glue.

• Practical experience with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).

• Proficient Git experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.

• Experience implementing CI/CD for data engineering and Databricks workloads.

• Strong understanding of data engineering best practices, data modeling, and pipeline optimization.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
