• Provides support for program management, which encompasses analysis, reviews of technical documentation, oversight of daily task management, and the documentation of program/project requirements, including alignment with future FAA PBN Initiatives strategies and maintaining a historical record of any changes to project courses.
• Offers analytical support by conducting studies and documenting and presenting findings to various audiences.
• Proficient in preparing and delivering cohesive presentations tailored to meet the subject's goals and objectives while satisfying audience needs.
• Creates working papers, informational documents, and various presentations.
• Organizes weekly agendas for PBN cross-organizational core team meetings.
• Ensures that all meetings are supported by accurate briefings and that all materials are shared and vetted with the appropriate organizations.
• Prepares management artifacts for programs/projects, such as PowerPoint briefings, Project Level Agreements (PLAs), and Resource Planning Documentation (RPD).
• Develops quarterly briefings for Program Management Reviews (PMR) and Portfolio Review Management Reviews (PfMR).
• Ensures timely delivery of all portfolio deliverables with accurate supporting materials.
• Reviews, verifies, and recommends improvements to vendor deliverables, including technical plans and statements of work.
• Develops and maintains schedules for programs/projects, providing weekly project notes and miscellaneous reports for the FAA Program Office.
• Monitors program risks, issues, actions, and deliverables.
• Develops and submits monthly Strategic Business Management goals into the FAA’s SPIRE database.
• Maintains the document library and archive for each project within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in program analysis and evaluation.
• Prior experience with FAA NextGen is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of FAA practices and Microsoft Tools, including Project Management capabilities.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, reliable, and results-oriented aviation professional; must be capable of quickly grasping and applying new concepts.
• A background in systems analysis, business processes, analytics, project management, and collaborative problem-solving skills is strongly encouraged.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to foster productive and positive working relationships with colleagues from diverse technical and business backgrounds.
