Senior Automation Test Analyst – Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and advancement of scalable test automation frameworks.

• Establish automation strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Develop automations to verify various scenarios and construct automation from the ground up.

• Conduct both automated and manual testing (functional, exploratory, and regression).

• Incorporate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

• Evaluate risks, pinpoint defects, and suggest ongoing enhancements to QA processes.

• Utilize identified bugs, including those found in production, to broaden regression and automated test coverage.

• Guide teams, advocate for best practices, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Experience in performance, security, and usability testing.

• Demonstrated experience in creating automations for various business scenarios.

• Strong foundation in manual testing.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools used in test automation.

• Knowledge of Porto Seguro tools and processes.

• Capacity to serve as a technical QA reference.
