This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of internal AI agents and automation workflows utilizing Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks.
• Guide the development of reusable tools, APIs, and components for agent-based workflows.
• Direct the processes of retrieval-augmented generation workflows, context management, and prompt design.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, regression tests, monitoring systems, metrics, guardrails, and validation to ensure AI-agent reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to transition AI workflows from prototype stages to full production.
• Supervise the development of production-grade Python applications, libraries, and services.
• Advocate for object-oriented design, modular architecture, automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, observability, and comprehensive documentation.
• Work alongside product, engineering, operations, and data platform teams to devise scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the creation of reusable Python libraries that support clean room audience workflows and measurement initiatives.
• Transform analytical and data collaboration workflows into standardized self-service components.
• Facilitate configurable feature deployment across various partners.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing team of software and AI engineers.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design conversations, and operational best practices.
• Set engineering standards for AI-assisted workflows, agent-based systems, reusable libraries, and automation in production.
• Foster reliability, maintainability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing production-grade software using Python, including libraries, services, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Practical experience in building applications with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
• Expertise in designing AI-enabled workflows, reasoning agents, tool-using agents, or intricate automation systems.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of production system design, including observability, reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and operational support.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data clean room concepts or platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in advertising technology, audience activation, campaign delivery, reach and frequency, attribution, incrementality, or reporting.
• Preferred: Snowflake SnowPro Core, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, or a similar certification.
