• Enhance backend microservices by identifying and resolving critical issues for analyst operations.
• Create and deploy agentic automation frameworks that minimize repetitive tasks for analysts and expand security operations.
• Innovate with Large Language Models to establish and improve AI-driven automation features within the Falcon Complete team.
• Develop and manage data pipelines, participate in data maintenance, and assist in the training and deployment of custom LLMs.
• Design AI-driven automation services utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and techniques for AI context engineering.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for automated deployment within CrowdStrike's Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Work alongside SOC analysts and engineering teams to pinpoint valuable automation opportunities and create solutions.
• Maintain high coding standards by following best practices, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring adequate logging and metrics.
• Participate in a collaborative and agile team setting.
• Help mentor fellow engineers across various technologies while also gaining insights from them.
• Continuously seek methods to enhance product architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and reliability.
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish: develop, test, deploy, and monitor your changes.
• Flourish in an environment that places a high value on trust.
• A degree in Computer Science (or relevant professional experience in data structures, algorithms, or distributed systems).
• Familiarity with Language Models, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
• Previous experience with big data and microservices.
• Knowledge of scalability and distributed systems, including sharding, partitioning, and concurrency.
• Experience in building and deploying services capable of handling production traffic at scale.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (deployments, Helm, ingress, horizontal pod autoscaling).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, load balancers, Lambda, and related services).
• Strong understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases, as well as message queue systems.
• Adherence to engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, observability, and resilient architecture.
• Capability to excel in a test-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and regularly checked in for continuous integration.
