This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, construct, test, and uphold automated workflows and business process automations.

• Create integrations between various platforms utilizing APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.

• Develop and enhance workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or comparable tools.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to grasp workflow requirements and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Diagnose workflow failures, errors, and integration complications.

• Produce documentation for automation processes and system configurations.

• Oversee and enhance automation performance, scalability, and dependability.

• Assist CRM, operations, sales, and customer-facing teams with automation initiatives.

• Keep abreast of emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, or related fields.

• Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and software integrations.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows.

• Basic scripting or coding skills (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar) are advantageous.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Experience with cloud applications and SaaS tools.

• Outstanding communication and documentation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work setting.
