AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Discovery & Prioritization: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to pinpoint high-ROI automation opportunities and assess them based on their business impact versus technical effort.

• Workflow Engineering: Create, prototype, and implement comprehensive AI workflows by developing our orchestration stack (e.g., n8n, Vector Databases) and linking various endpoints via APIs to establish a universal memory for Cosuno.

• Scaling & Modularity: Develop solutions that are modular and reusable across different departments to prevent "reinventing the wheel" for each new request.

• Enablement & Governance: Set up AI guidelines while empowering AI advocates in other departments to engage with the automations themselves.

• Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and monitor success metrics (ROI, time saved, reliability) to ensure that automations provide ongoing value.

• The "Product" Mindset: You approach internal tools as products, prioritizing ruthlessly and emphasizing business value over "perfect code" or "beautiful UI."

• Technical Fluency: You possess expertise in Python, n8n, and API architecture, along with hands-on experience in RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data sources.

• Applied AI Focus: You prefer constructing “Reasoning Chains” and integrating existing tools instead of training custom models.

• Systems Thinker: You view the organization as a network of interconnected data flows, naturally identifying patterns and creating modular solutions that can scale across teams.

• Change Agent: You have a track record of facilitating organizational change and can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease.

• Pragmatic Innovator: You prioritize delivering a functional automation in two weeks over a flawless one in six months and possess the commercial insight to reject infeasible requests.
