Automation Engineer – Workflow & Process Automation

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain automated workflows for both internal and client-facing systems.

• Integrate various platforms and tools utilizing APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.

• Create scalable solutions aimed at minimizing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Develop and refine workflow logic using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable automation platforms.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and product teams to ascertain workflow requirements.

• Monitor the performance of automation, resolve issues, and continuously enhance processes.

• Clearly document systems, workflows, and implementation procedures.

• Assist in data synchronization and process automation across CRMs, communication tools, and business applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or automation engineering roles.

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations with third-party systems.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar tools.

• Capability to troubleshoot intricate workflows and pinpoint areas for process enhancement.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and business productivity tools.

• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar) are a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Experience with AI tools, automation agents, or no-code/low-code systems is a bonus.
