
Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Install windshields and automotive glass either in our workshop or via a mobile service unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, and more.
• Repair chips and other types of glass damage.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with high-quality workmanship.
• Handle payment processing for mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and exhibit a positive attitude.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our esteemed clients and vendors.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing various types of automotive glass.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications.
• Strong skills in customer service and experience.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
