📋 Description

• Oversee associates and assist in enhancing their skills within the legal framework of the healthcare revenue cycle sector.

• Support the creation and delivery of training programs for both internal and external audiences.

• Create written feedback for clients and the industry.

• Advocate for healthcare providers in administrative appeals concerning denied insurance claims.

• Formulate innovative and effective legal arguments aimed at reversing claim denials.

• Produce persuasive and thoroughly researched appeal letters directed at insurance companies and benefit administrators.

• Use provider manuals and managed care contracts to contest unjust denials.

• Collaborate closely with provider representatives and resolution teams to address complex claims.

• Recognize industry trends and offer valuable insights to improve recovery strategies.

• Perform legal research and analysis to support business goals.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
