Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.

• Develop and evaluate Quality of Earnings (QoE) deliverables, which include: Normalized EBITDA calculations and earnings adjustments, revenue and margin assessments, working capital evaluations (NWC) and net debt considerations, as well as analyses of customer concentration, trends, and variances.

• Create clear schedules and exhibits while contributing to report writing and storytelling efforts.

• Collect and organize data from client financials; enhance the efficiency of data requests and documentation processes.

• Work closely with engagement leaders to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence / Quality of Earnings (or similar deal-focused experience).

• Strong grasp of GAAP financial statements and typical diligence adjustments.

• Proficient in Excel (handling large datasets, utilizing pivots, modeling, and reconciliations).

• Capable of functioning in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and rapid turnarounds.

• Effective communicator who can distill findings into output suitable for clients.
